“You’ve found the greatest group of nurses. Everyone is so kind. I wouldn’t give them up if you paid me”
“I really appreciated having her. I think she helped my husband almost more than me…just knowing she was there. Because he went through a lot too with all this, so, it helped him too, knowing she was there.”
“To be honest… I thought that having a nurse after discharge might be a waste of time. I’m a graduate student and self-advocate when it comes to my health. I was very pleasantly surprised at how helpful the nurse was in supporting me after my discharge!”
“This was THE BEST service I have ever received! I needed help on quick notice. They were able to quickly accommodate which relieved a lot of stress for me. They were punctual, kind, knowledgeable, caring; but most of all respectful of me! They checked on me after my contracted time… I really appreciate Navinurses–they literally saved me!!!!!!”
“[Navi Nurses sent] an excellent nurse. He works quickly, quietly, and is very efficient. He anticipated my needs without me having to tell him He’s just very very good.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Our self-pay model offers transparency and flexibility so you can focus on recovery, not insurance restrictions. Our nursing partners determine the care needed in partnership with you and your family. Our hourly rate is a standard $195 for anywhere in Maricopa County, AZ and nearby areas.* We also accept HSA/FSA plans, as well as coordinate with long-term care policies.
Self-pay allows clients and families to work with RNs to create a personalized care plan that outlines specific services and hours of care needed, plus the frequency and duration of care.
Home health aides covered by insurance typically have restrictive limits on the type of care they are authorized to provide, the number of hours and number of times they can visit, and they often dictate when they are available to provide services.
*Rush fees may apply for same-day services.
We can often start care within hours of your call. Note that for same-day services, a rush fee or upcharge may apply. Clients with set visit schedules have a specialized care team of several nurses who can supplement each other when needed.
