Personalized Care Phoenix Families Rely On
“Jack [our Navi Nurse] was awesome! He really got us set up with everything we needed at home and helped us feel so much less anxious about caring for my dad.“
“I would’ve had no idea how to answer all those questions they were asking, or known what questions to ask them [at the doctor’s appointment]. The Navi Nurse had so much info to give and it made things go much smoother.“
“[When I got home from the hospital], I probably would have just gone up to bed not feeling well… and I would have waited for the medication because my husband had to go back to work. Whereas having someone there to help call and….especially the cardiologists. Saying the right things so that I was able to get in quickly and not have to wait… That was helpful.”
“I traveled to Mayo Clinic for an urgent open heart surgery… I was at my wits end [trying to prepare, when] a very calming and compassionate angel… from Navi Nurses [returned my call and] explained in detail the surgery… what to expect for recovery… I had found the team I wanted. I cannot ever express… their kindness, caring and professional care. The positive outcome of my surgery absolutely would have been very different had I not found them!”
“[Navi Nurses sent] an excellent nurse. He works quickly, quietly, and is very efficient. He anticipated my needs without me having to tell him He’s just very very good.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Our self-pay model offers transparency and flexibility so you can focus on recovery, not insurance restrictions. Our nursing partners determine the care needed in partnership with you and your family. Our hourly rate is a standard $195 for anywhere in Maricopa County, AZ and nearby areas.* We also accept HSA/FSA plans, as well as coordinate with long-term care policies.
Self-pay allows clients and families to work with RNs to create a personalized care plan that outlines specific services and hours of care needed, plus the frequency and duration of care.
Home health aides covered by insurance typically have restrictive limits on the type of care they are authorized to provide, the number of hours and number of times they can visit, and they often dictate when they are available to provide services.
*Rush fees may apply for same-day services.
We can often start care within hours of your call. Note that for same-day services, a rush fee or upcharge may apply. Clients with set visit schedules have a specialized care team of several nurses who can supplement each other when needed.
In addition to cardiac-specialized post-surgery care, we offer comprehensive services for a wide range of other conditions and procedures, including neurological and plastic surgery.
