Jasmine Bhatti, RN

Founder & CEO

With a personal mantra to “help nurses rediscover their joy,” Jasmine understands the positive impact satisfied nurses have on client outcomes and family reassurance, and she strives to make holistic care outside of the hospital not just a possibility, but an expectation. Under Jasmine’s leadership, Navi Nurses strives to make the co-created care philosophy of consistent empowerment, engagement and education the new standard in healthcare.

Nurse since 2011, working at Barrow Neurological Institute and Mayo Clinic
Jasmine founded Navi Nurses to bring personalized, high-quality nursing care directly into the home.
She champions a care model where empowered, supported nurses deliver the best client outcomes.

Erika Frazer, RN

Director of Growth

Since joining Navi in 2021, Erika has recognized the critical need for innovation in community-based healthcare delivery and has been instrumental in helping to bridge these gaps. Today, she channels her expertise into onboarding and educating incoming nurses while pioneering innovative approaches to community health growth, ensuring that nurses can thrive professionally while delivering exceptional patient care.

Chelsea Schell, RN

Nurse Manager

As a leader, Chelsea is dedicated to creating space for nurses to discover those same moments and to feel fully supported in the care they deliver. Outside of work, she embraces a busy, joy-filled life with her family. She enjoys chasing after her two children, tackling new home improvement projects with her husband, and caring for their two energetic dogs. She finds joy in gardening, reading, and simple daily rituals — often fueled by her love of coffee.

He lines up systems, data, and workflows across engineering and operations to cut friction and make every handoff clear. Reliability, privacy, and clean data are his north stars because safe care at home depends on them.

Jordan Baxter is the Head of Operations and has a passion for building and leading high-growth teams. She’s helped scale operations from the ground up, creating systems and workflows that make things run smarter and more efficiently. Jordan is known for bringing teams together, solving complex challenges, and driving results that last. She’s deeply focused on supporting both clients and nurses, ensuring every part of the experience runs seamlessly.

Daisy Choi

Sales & Marketing Operations Manager

Daisy brings a thoughtful, can-do energy to Navi and has a natural way of making complex problems feel manageable. Growing up in a family of nurses shaped her understanding of what meaningful care looks like, and it fuels her commitment to supporting the teams who make that care possible. Outside of work, she loves exploring new hobbies, enjoying time with loved ones, and finding small routines that keep life organized and full of joy.

Amineh Jenckes

Client Care Specialist

Amineh brings a gentle, reassuring presence to Navi and finds it deeply rewarding to support families in need of home care. Originally from Iowa, Amineh moved to Arizona in 2011, where she now lives with her husband and their two-year-old son — her greatest accomplishment. She enjoys family trips up north, long bike rides with her son, antique shopping with her sister, and cheering on the Arizona Cardinals with family and friends.
