How It Works

1. You receive your gift card. Navi Nurses will connect with you and help you understand how it can be used.
2. You experience Navi Nurses. Your gift card can be applied toward eligible Navi Nurses services based on your individual needs.
3. Care can continue. If you wish to continue receiving care after your gift card balance has been used, you may continue services at the applicable Navi Nurses rate.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• This Navi Nurses Gift Card provides credit toward eligible Navi Nurses services, up to the value stated on your card.
• The gift card is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue and expires thereafter. The gift card has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
• The gift card may be applied toward eligible Navi Nurses services until the balance has been exhausted. Unused portions are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
• If the cost of services exceeds the remaining gift card balance, you may pay the difference at Navi Nurses' applicable rate.
• The gift card is intended for the individual to whom it was issued and may not be resold or exchanged for cash.
• Services are subject to Navi Nurses' availability, geographic coverage, and applicable service requirements. The gift card cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise specified.
• Navi Nurses reserves the right to modify or discontinue the gift card program and its terms at any time, subject to applicable law.
