Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Please review the terms below before redeeming your Navi Nurses gift card.

- This Navi Nurses Gift Card is issued by Navi Nurses at no cost, as a promotional incentive to prospective new clients, and provides credit toward eligible Navi Nurses services, up to the value stated on the card.
- This gift card may only be redeemed by a new Navi Nurses client — an individual who has never previously purchased or received services from Navi Nurses. Navi Nurses may verify new-client status before applying the credit.
- Only one gift card may be redeemed per client. A client who has already redeemed a Navi Nurses gift card is not eligible to redeem a second one, regardless of how many cards they were issued or received, and gift card balances may not be combined or stacked across multiple cards or client accounts.
- This gift card may only be applied toward services provided directly by Navi Nurses. It cannot be used toward third-party products, services, or vendors, including any third party Navi Nurses may refer, recommend, or coordinate with.
- The gift card is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue and expires thereafter. Because this card is issued free of charge as a promotional incentive rather than sold for payment, it qualifies under Arizona law (A.R.S. § 44-7402) for an expiration date. The gift card has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The gift card may be applied toward eligible Navi Nurses services until the balance has been exhausted. Unused portions are not redeemable for cash.
- If the cost of services exceeds the remaining gift card balance, the client may pay the difference at Navi Nurses' applicable rate.
- The gift card is intended solely for the new client to whom it was issued, is non-transferable, and may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged for cash. Navi Nurses reserves the right to refuse redemption or void the card if it determines the card has been transferred, sold, or is being redeemed by someone other than the eligible new client.
- Services are subject to Navi Nurses' availability, geographic coverage, and applicable service requirements. The gift card cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or referral credits unless otherwise specified.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced.
- Navi Nurses reserves the right to cancel or void a gift card obtained fraudulently, through unauthorized means, or in violation of these terms.
- Navi Nurses reserves the right to modify or discontinue the gift card program and its terms at any time, subject to applicable law; changes will not reduce the value of gift cards already issued.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
