MSN, RN, COO
In 2014, with the support of her family, Ayan graduated with her bachelor's in Psychology, then went on to pursue her Master's in Nursing after her daughter, Amani, was born premature at 34 1/2 weeks. Ayan switched gears to pursue nursing because Amani spent time in the NICU. The NICU nurses and staff were so attentive, caring, and intelligent beyond measure that Ayan wanted to extend that same care and empathy to others.
Jasmine and Ayan joined forces to create Navi because they watched for many years the struggles patients and their families went through. Time and time again they saw patients with limited options for individualized care and comfort, inadequate health education, lack of support, and caregiver role strain, which left a lasting impression on the nursing duo.
These events were so disruptive that Jasmine and Ayan wanted to create a viable and compassionate solution for patients and families who often fall through the cracks because hospitals are unable to completely fulfill the needs and comfort of all patients.
Today, Navi is a concierge nursing service that is the missing link in closing the health care gap in access and quality; we believe that patients and families need someone on their side to advocate and for them, to educate, and to help them navigate the healthcare system.
